This Shipping Policy governs all shipments of products sold through our B2B platform and affiliates managed by ShopAyurveda.eu and the legal entity Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o., exclusively accessible to verified professional users within the European Union. By placing an order on this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries within the European Union (EU) and EFTA:

2. Warehousing & Fulfillment

Orders are shipped from our authorized warehouse facilities located in:

  • Croatia (HQ)
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • France
  • Italy

Order fulfillment is managed by Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. and/or its appointed logistics partners, including DHL, DPD, GLS, and PostNL.


3. Processing Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an order confirmation and shipment tracking email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and not legally binding. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier logistics beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
Free shipping may be applicable on bulk orders or promotions and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Custom pricing is available for B2B customers with recurring monthly volumes. Please contact info@shopayurveda.eu for wholesale terms.


6. Order Tracking

All orders include track & trace capability. Tracking information is provided via email once the shipment is in transit.

If tracking data is not received within 3 business days after order confirmation, please contact: info@shopayurveda.eu


7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of damage, outer packaging, and product labels
  • Report any shortages, mislabels, or breakages in your delivery

All claims must be submitted in writing to info@shopayurveda.eu and include the invoice number, order ID, and batch code (if applicable).

Failure to report damage or missing items within the stipulated time voids the claim.


8. Import, Duties & Local Regulations

Products shipped within the EU are EU duty-paid (DDP).
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that ordered goods are legally permitted for sale, use, or resale in their respective country.

Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. shall not be liable for:

  • Import seizures or regulatory holds due to local restrictions
  • Non-compliance with local therapeutic registration rules, unless otherwise agreed
  • Delays or penalties imposed by local customs authorities

9. Incomplete, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Failure to accept the package
  • Lack of import clearance
    The buyer is responsible for:
  • Reshipping fees
  • Return logistics costs
  • Administrative handling charges (where applicable)

No refunds will be issued until the returned goods are inspected and approved.


10. Force Majeure

Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o. shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport bans, or government restrictions.
