Classical Ayurvedic Oil for Mind, Sleep & Nervous Balance

Classical medhya, pitta-pacifying head oil prepared by the traditional taila-pāka method—Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) processed in an oil base with supportive cooling herbs. Used in Kerala practice to soothe the head–neck region, calm the mind, support sound sleep, and keep the scalp and hair nourished.

Use

  • Daily Shiro Abhyanga (head massage): Warm slightly, apply to scalp/crown and massage 5–10 min; leave on 30–60 min (or overnight) and wash if desired.

  • Professional Murdhni Taila: Suitable for Pichu and Shirodhara under practitioner guidance.

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Natural botanicals may vary in colour/aroma. Store cool and dry.

- Warm the oil slightly before use
- Gently massage over the scalp, forehead, or entire body
- Leave for 20–45 minutes before washing with lukewarm water
- Recommended in Shiro Abhyanga, Shirodhara
