Cooling Ayurvedic Oil for Joints, Muscles & Pitta Balance

Classical pitta-pacifying body oil prepared by the taila-pāka method in a coconut base, traditionally processed with Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) and cooling aromatics. Used in Kerala practice for Śarīra Abhyanga and local applications when there is heat, redness, or surface burning in the skin and joints—helping soothe, comfort and nourish the tissues.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage 10–15 min with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints; leave on 20–30 min.

  • Suitable for daily Abhyanga and for localized Pichu/Pinda Sweda under practitioner guidance.

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool and dry.
