Gentle daily choornam prepared in equal parts from the three fruits of Ayurveda—Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki. Traditionally used to support agni (digestive fire), regular elimination, and tridoṣa balance without excess heat.
Ingredients
Amalaki (Emblica/Phyllanthus emblica), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) — finely milled powder.
Suggested use (adults)
½–1 tsp (≈2–3 g) once daily, often in the evening, with warm water; or steep 5–10 minutes and drink. Take other medicines 2 hours apart.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
