For jvara with āma, post-febrile fatigue, ama-vata / inflammatory arthralgia, agnimāndya, ajīrṇa, aruchi (low appetite, indigestion), and kapha–pitta congestion with body ache.

Āma-pācana & dīpana (clears metabolic toxins, kindles digestion) • Jvaraghna • Śothahara / vedanāśāmaka (anti-inflammatory, analgesic) • Mild rasāyana (supports convalescence).
Core drugs: Amṛta (Guduchi), Harītakī, Śuṇṭhī.
Dose & administration

Cautions
